We have been in business since 2002.
What is your primary product or service?
Security and Camera Systems both residential and commercial.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer Service is our number priority. We are very proud of our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and A rating on Angies List. I think both of these consumer generated rating systems reflect our commitment to our clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our headquarters are located in Dublin OH.

We are located in North West Columbus on Riverside Drive just south of 161.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Paypal and ACH payments
Which areas do you service?
We service all of Ohio but also do business all over the country for a few national customers
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Joe Hinte is a hands on owner and manages all of the day to day operations
What are your hours of operation?
8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday are our regular hours but do service and installations after 5 pm as well as 7 days a week if requested.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That our customers feel more comfortable or relaxed in their own home after we have installed a security system. Basically peace of mind while they are at home with their family or away from home at work or on vacation.
