Deb is very professional and easy to work with. She offered suggestions on low-cost changes that I could make that would improve the appearance of my property, things that I had not thought of doing. Deb was very good about responding to my phone calls and was very easy to talk to.

"We can make it happen" is more than just a motto. Deb and Jerry got our house in contract at full price in 3 days and negotiated a fair price on the purchase of another home in 2 days. Everything about the process was professional, timely, and just as importantly, friendly and patient. Good job guys!

Had planned to interview several realtors then pick one to list my condo with. Homes That Click was first. Deb and Jerry blew me away with their presentation and brought me up to speed on how homes are marketed and sold today. I didn't bother interviewing any other realtors. It was listed and was in contract the next day and closed a few weeks later. Had issues with a non-responsive condo mgmt co. on addressing the buyers inspection report concerns. When no response was forthcoming, Deb Harr used her expertise and experience (pit bull comes to mind) to light a fire under them. She also kept the buyers realtor up to date and yet not scare them from this particular condo assoc. It took pressure off me and greatly reduced my stress. They take great photos for the internet and a perfectly worded description too. This was important as i wouldn't waste my time looking at homes that doesn't have any appeal. No awful dark photos from this duo! I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them. Oh, and the reduced listing fee is just the icing on top. - J Smith

In looking for my first home, I worked with four realtors. Lora is by far the most patient, pleasant, helpful one to come along. I had NO idea what I was doing, and she broke everything down so well for me that I felt comfortable and excited through the whole search.
I was looking at a time when homes were in contract within 12 hours. Lora was insanely fast keeping up with listing statuses and getting us out to see homes ASAP.
The offer and closing process was daunting. As a first-time buyer, I was terrified and overwhelmed. Lora helped me feel at ease, kept me informed, gave me tips and advice to cover all questions and worry, and turned the nerves into excitement.

I have recently sold my condo using Homes That Click as the realtor and could not have been happier. They are very nice to work with and walked me through the entire process in detail. I had the original offer within 12 days! Also using the CSS system for all showings, inspections, etc makes it so easy! Homes that click did a great job advertising and selling our home quickly. It was in contract within a week and significantly higher than our asking price. The pictures taken were excellent as was the advertisement.

Deb did a great job of getting a property sold for me. I live over 2000 miles away and needed to move the property as quickly as possible through a difficult transition and family situation. Deb was aware and understanding of all of the details involved. She not only made all the necessary arrangements to sell the house, she was able to recommend and make available handymen who were absolutely necessary to make the property presentable. I'd recommend Deb to anyone.

I was impressed with the honesty that Homes That Click provided on our initial meeting. Debbi was spot on about the realistic expectation of selling price, which she did get for me, and I especially appreciated the continual feedback on showings. As a seller, I loved being kept informed on everything going on Also, the Title Service they use was so professional, but at the same time easy to talk to and answer any questions I had during the process. Pickerington Ohio I used Homes that Click for buying and selling five years ago and I was so pleased with the services. Sold my home at listed price within time frame I needed in order to make my move! Debbie was recovering from surgery, so Jerry did Open House, handled signage, etc. Debbie handled massive amounts of communication online!

They gave us great guidance on prepping our home to show. They took great pictures for the listing on-line. For an agent that charges less than that of other agents, they were extremely thorough and answered our every request, including an Open House. We got "full service" from them.

We recently sold our home in Blacklick, Ohio through Homes That Click. As a realtor myself I knew what to expect from a fellow realtor. My husband and I have sold quite a few homes due to my husband being in the military. This last sale was by far the most pleasant and quickest! Debbie's professionalism in the sale of our Ohio home made the sale an enjoyable experience. There was no detail she didn't do from listing our home in the MLS, Zillow and U tube. She also helped stage our home so that it would look its' best to potential buyers.
Needless to say our home sold in 18 days.
We would definitely recommend Homes that Click to anyone wanting to sell their home and would recommend them to anyone if they were looking to buy a home.

These suggestions were not expensive, but very apt. Through the selling process, Deb prooved her experience was very valuable and it was critical is closing the deal. One significant trait of hers was to detach emotions from any of the action/reactions we encounter during the selling process. We received feedbacks from our showings on a daily basis. Deb was very prompt and particpating in negotiations well beyond the office hours.. how about 10PM? Thank you Deb.
I would recommend Deb without hesitation to be your selling agent.

Can’t believe my neighbors across the street hired XXXX. I type in Sawgrass Way homes for sale in any search engine and our sold house still comes up. Not theirs. His (Realtors) marketing strategies are far far behind yours! I told him what your fees were and they still went with XXXX and his 3% or 4%. Nice way to throw $10,000 down the toilet. And our house sold in 20 days! His is still for sale!! Loved your service

We found a home and had to get our house on the market within a matter of days. Debbie Harr was AMAZING. She came and told us everything to do to get our home ready. We used her advice and our home was in contract A DAY after our showings started. The pictures of the home were awesome and really highlighted the great things about our house. I think that is what brought people in. She gave us fantastic advice when going back and forth with the buyer and we were able to reach agreements without a lot of hassle. On the buying side, Jerry Harr was always easy to reach and very willing to discuss anything that we didn't understand. He looked out for our best interest. When buying and selling a home at the same time, it can be very stressful, but with Jerry and Debbie, they just made it go so much smoother than normal. Thank you!

In my mind, the home was going to sell itself based on location and price point. We just needed the assistance of Homes That Click to advise us on some staging, take good photos and populate the ads on various real estate websites. Homes That Click did everything I needed without needing to have a "brand name" realty behind them. Paying another 1/2% would still be a great value. Deb and her team were very easy to work with and provided good advice. Deb was always very responsive even during nights and weekends. They had the home listed within 7 days of us deciding to work with them and we were in contract at a very good price within 10 days of listing. All the while Deb provided good common sense advice throughout the prelisting, listing, and remedy process.

Deb & Jerry did a fantastic job selling my home. Their unique company offering the seller lower closing costs allowed me to sell a home that I only owned for 7 months. Without them it would not have been possible. They are knowledgeable about the business and professional. They came to my home with a nice spiral bound book for me with my home of the front, complete with neighborhood comps and information on pending sales. I've purchased a home before and I never received something so nice and in color. If this is your first time buying/selling you need to know that you need a team that will respond to your calls/emails promptly. Deb was always prompt. My home sold in two days and it was a complete seamless process with no stress on my part. I would recommend that anyone selling a home use this team to receive great full service for a lower cost. You can't beat that! I can't thank them enough.

I tried to sell by owner with no luck. I had many realtors call me and told me they had a marketing program for people who sell by owner. One of these realtors my girlfriend went to high school with so I had him come to the house as he told me it would only take 20 mins. He was there for 60 mins. telling me how great he was and 7% commission was well worth paying him to sell my house. He showed me comps. in the area and suggested listing for $176,900. Long story short he had no marketing program for me as a for sale by owner seller, he just wanted to try and talk me into listing with him.
Deb and Jerry of Homes That Click sold my house for $181,900 in 2 days for about 4% commission with all the marketing tools the big realty company's use. I could go on and on how smooth working with them was so FANTASTIC. If you do not use Homes That Click to sell your house you are throwing money away period.

Deb and Jerry Harr were extremely knowledgeable about the selling and buying process. We had lived in our home for 16+ years and it was a difficult decision to sell but Deb understood the emotions involved and was very helpful.

Deb Harr is not one of the best real estate agents I know. Deb Harr is one of the best PROFESSIONALS OF ANY OCCUPATION I know.
I do not have the ability to express in words how valuable and important she was in our home selling purchase. Deb and Jerry came into our home with a plan and realistic advise that we used to get our home ready for sale. When they returned a few weeks later for a final visit prior to listing our home they saw potential we didn't and suggested a price we didn't think was possible. How surprised we were when we got an offer 2 days later over list.
From there Deb was always available to answer the million questions we did ask and the many many more we didn't think to ask. I called and texted and emailed at various times of the day and always got a response. She explained everything to us thoroughly and was patient when she didn't have to be.
And then came the buyer/buyer's agent from hell. As i would tell people what they were doing and requesting people wouldn't believe me. They were some of the most difficult people i have ever had to deal with in my life; and i worked with state governments for 9 years! While i was chewing off my fingernails worrying about the deal, Deb stayed calm and assured us she had it all taken care of. And she was right. I don't know how she remained calm and focused and got it done, but she did.
She went so above and beyond at our closing she had to risk her OWN commission to appease these unreasonable people. Oh yeah, i forgot to mention the commission. She can list at much LOWER than man of the competing agents but gives you MORE service. I am not exaggerating when i say we got 3 times the service from Deb at 1/3rd the price than we did from our previous agent.
I will be telling every person i know who is looking to make a real estate purchase to call Deb and Jerry and get amazing service at an excellent price!!!

I have bought and sold at least a dozen homes through Deb & Jerry Harr and each time it was a great experience. Only once when I lived in Mt Vernon did I use a different realtor and even though he was one of the top producers in that area he still did not give the level of service and professionalism I've had with Homes That Click.

Deb and Jerry were exactly what we needed when we found out we needed to relocate to another state. It was our first time selling a house and they definitely helped make it less stressful and were there to answer questions quickly and effectively. We were especially impressed with their knowledge of the area, what to list at, and how to prepare the house for showings. After trying for several months to sell our loft condo, on our own, Debbie and Jerry approached us with a 1% selling commission verses 3.0-3.5% offered by all of the other real estate agents who also made had contact with us. After meeting, or speaking. with numerous realtors we decided to go with the Harrs and we had our condo in contract within a week of listing with them! They are very professional, knowledgeable, outgoing and incredibly friendly! We cannot thank them enough for there expertise, time, friendship and energy. We highly recommend to all sellers!

Finally, the icing on the cake was a total 4% commission, adding $12,000 to the net proceeds received at closing, compared to the typical 6% commission charged in our market.
